Cancellation Policy 

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit.

Vouchers

Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. All appointments associated with the voucher must be booked and used within this 6-month period.
